Crush the garlic into a paste, wash the mushrooms and remove the roots, and set aside other ingredients -

Melt the butter in a pan and preheat the oven to 200 degrees -

Fry the mushrooms in oil until golden on both sides -

Add chicken stock and bring to a boil, add salt and freshly ground pepper -

When the soup is half boiled, add minced garlic and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes -
