Cut beef into cubes. -

Soak the bleeding water in cold water, changing the water twice in between. -

Boil in a pot under cold water to remove the scum, take it out and wash it with warm water. -

Put the beef into the electric pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water and ginger slices, and simmer for 40 minutes. -

Wash potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash and slice onions and cabbage. -

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up. Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onions and cabbage and stir-fry evenly. Add tomato paste and continue to stir-fry until thick and stew. Pour the good beef into the casserole together. -

Stew for 20 minutes and add salt. -
